Gary has been a real estate broker for over thirty years but since 1990
specializes in helping brokers and salespeople utilize the powers of the
Internet and information technology to serve the public.
He maintains a real estate
brokers license for information purposes but has chosen to not sell real
estate so as to not be in conflict with the members of the ICIWorld
network. All leads that are called in are placed in the private FSBO
Database 2.
He is 60+ years young,
and has served in various
capacities in the real estate industry.
Biography.
He works with brokers and salespeople daily,
training and educating, for over 15 years. He considers himself and his company
as a personal marketing and information assistant to brokers and
salespeople throughout the world.

Training, Orientation.
You should book an initial 20 minute
Orientation and Training Session although instructions are supplied. Then
view the Training Help Videos for
maximum advantage. There are concepts which you should know.
Over the last while we too have learned more about how to help a broker
make money in his/her business. We share these concepts in a world
conference call session. Every member broker and salesperson is invited to
attend.
We also provide
seminars
and look forward to being invited to speak for your commercial real estate
group.
Although there are many free services,
the Ultimate in Networking is achieved only with a
full membership.
Training is supplied in three ways: on line telephone
support, by Training Help Videos.
If you have an assistant, include him/her. They should sit in on the
call with a hands free telephone so that everyone can hear us. It is
a two part program for both of you. We spend time
with every broker/salesperson that comes on this service to ensure
one takes maximum opportunity to connect with others. It is not that you will be spending a lot of time on the
computer. But you must be
familiar with how to use these "information tools" work in your every day
business to generate business. Whether you are a
beginner, intermediate user of computers to an expert, you will enjoy the

Everyone on this service does deals and
referrals. If you have not done a deal or referral or at the very least
made great connections to do deals within three months of taking our
