May we suggest that every ICI Group should have one of our workshop/seminars once per year. This is about information, technology and how it can affect the way you do business.

If you audience likes dealing in real estate, they will appreciate this seminar. We have worked for over thirty years in real estate and help an average of 5 brokers daily for last 14 years. Read the testimonials. Even the most hard crusted realtor will appreciate this.

You simply need to set a date, time and place.  Internet access is preferable but not necessary. We come equipped with a laptop, powerpoint presentation and simulate searches for information on the Internet. You need to provide the room, chairs, a screen. Contact us. If you have a computer room for training that is the best but not necessary! 90 days notice is the best but we have done seminars on 5 days notice.

With our experience of over thirty years in the real estate business and since we have been helping brokers one on one for the last ten years, an average of 2-3 sessions per day, we too have learned a lot to help you do your job better.  We specialize in helping brokers make money in their service to the public.  Consider us a marketing and information assistant to you personally. We do this by providing skill talents for brokers in the networking and marketing of commercial real estate information.  This literally can be the difference between making money and serving your clients and prospects successfully or making no money.

In many cases you are missing doing deals and not even know it. We will show you how to put an end to missed opportunities!

Education Credits should be available for licensed real estate brokers and salespeople in your area.

Typical seminar is three hours long, consists of a 90 minutes power point demonstration, lecture, interactive discussion, teaching and learning session.  It is best followed by a 90 minutes hands on session where attendees can all get on computers.  If the class has 45 attendees and there are 15 computers, then three to a computer is fine. If there are no computers then we continue live on the Internet on a data display projector in front of the class.

The information business is developing and moving so fast, we urge everyone to have an update training session a minimum of once per year.

ICIWorld presentation includes laptop computer and Power Point Presentation and Sony LCD Projector with 1800 Ansi Lumen Lamp

It would be very helpful to have an Internet connection.

The full seminar consists of a Power Point Presentation 90 minutes, a short break, followed by a demonstration live on the Internet for 90 minutes.

It can also be followed by full participation of all attendees, each at their own computer if such computers are available for another 1-2 hours. Two to three at a computer is quite acceptable. Many real estate boards have a computer room or training room for this purpose.  Lunch would be served between sessions.

Room Arrangements

It is most beneficial to have access to the Internet.  Most real estate boards have a training or computer room that works. Local hotels may also have rooms, theatre rooms, board rooms, that can be rented.
