Once you click on the above link and have the listings on the screen, click on File and click on Send and choose Shortcut to Desktop.   This will make an icon on your desktop that will when you click on it, will automatically show you these haves and wants right from your desktop! You can delete it anytime.  Another option is to simply make it a Favorite or Bookmark.

  • Your time required to THINK about these good marketing questions as you complete the form in the ICI World Web Site will PREPARE you to make a more EFFECTIVE Formal Presentation of your property in the Marketing Forum!

Benefits:

  1. Preparation is the key to success.  If you wish to maximize one of the benefits of a quality marketing session, (making a formal presentation of your property to the top deal makers in the area), it is necessary to PREPARE yourself to make an effective property presentation and by filling in the form you will identify areas of improvement needed that you can address before the forum and enhance your presentation in front of the group.
  2. Many times there is not enough time to present all Haves and Wants that an attendee may want to.  By adding them to this electronic database they will be available on the Internet before, during and after the session making it convenient.
  3. Haves and Wants may be printed for purposes of handouts conveniently.  Color photos, maps and more can be added with links.
  4. People who could not otherwise attend the session will be able to view Haves and Wants and this is added exposure for the attendees.
  5. Additional World Wide Exposure through ICI World's world wide distribution services provides opportunities to connect with others to do deals..
  6. This link can be placed in an email.  EMail can be distributed to List Services, News Groups, etc.  These links can be placed on home pages of associations to produce members Haves and Wants making it fast, quick and easy to network information.
  7. It is simply not physically possible to remember all the Haves and Wants presented at a session.  This service records it for future use so that information that can make you money does not "fall through the cracks", so to speak.

To Attendees of The Above Marketing Sessions

Instructions

To network your Haves and Wants and prepare your haves and wants for these sessions, a three month, Free Membership is extended to attendees.  At the end of three months (six months for US) a renewal notice will be sent.  There is no obligation to renew.  In the meantime attendees of qualifying marketing sessions will have a full Free Executive Membership for three months which allows you to add Haves and Wants.  To start:  

  1. Click on Membership Application
  2. Then click on Oklahoma Marketing Session Registrants or National Commercial Real Estate Marketing Session.
  3. There will be a field called identifier.  You should design your identifier to be the first letter of your first name, all of your last name, all in small case letters, no spaces, but do not exceed eight characters.  For John Smith the identifier would be jsmith.  John Stevenson identifier would be jstevens
  4. Write down your id and your password that you should design yourself.  
  5. Fill in the form as best you can, you will be able to modify it later. This information will automatically appear in every message.
  6. Fill it in your information then Click on  Register.   Do not procede to the merchant credit card services.
  7. Then call me 416-214-4875 or EMail me that you have completed the registration.  We will upgrade your access, assign your group so that the group link will display your listings and EMail you a welcome information package.
  8. You will then be able to go to www.iciworld.net, click on Member Links, then Add/Modify/Delete and fill in the blanks and send the form.
  9. One major difference from the live marketing session!  May we suggest you never place an exact address of your Haves.  ICI World is one of the world's largest publicly available commercial real estate information services and as such, anyone can read it.  There are individuals who will try to go direct to your sellers.  Do not let that happen!  Place a general location as long as it does not provide a clue for others to go direct to the seller.  Qualify interested buyers and we suggest you make sure you have agreements in place before divulging information or showing the property.
  10. To review your listings that you just placed, click on Latest World.
  11. To see your personal listings and make changes click on Member Links, then My Listings.

You can print them out and actually photocopy them to hand out at the session as well.

You can make up a link to your listings and place it in email to other people, networks, and list services.  Send your logo to us and you can do print outs of your Haves with your logo on them.  

You can link to sound bites, photos, virtual tours, maps, Economic Development Agencies, Chamber of Commerce's that help sell the location and more!.

It is your responsibility to maintain and delete your Haves and Wants.

You should now get yourself registered into one of the above Marketing Sessions,  come back to www.iciworld.net, and follow the above instructions.
