For CCIM, SIOR, REALTOR, SEC designations and sponsored events.If you are fortunate to be invited to a marketing session that we are assisting, you have a chance to have a short membership to place the Haves and Wants that you will be presenting at that very marketing session. If you are having a marketing session, a simple call to us will probably result in an affirmative response to help promote the session as well as provide on line database management of the Haves and Wants that will be presented at these sessions. These Haves and Wants will be available in a special link that organizations can place on their home pages that pulls all the Haves and Wants presented at the session onto the screen of the viewer within an average access time of 4.9 seconds. ICI World in its bid to demonstrate the benefits of electronic networking of Haves and Wants provides free a short membership to attendees of official marketing sessions put on by CCIM's, SIOR, REALTOR, SEC members and others. All the organizers have to do is announce this in their promotional media and supply us with the membership list for verification purposes or the attendee may fax receipt as being registered. At that point the prospective member should then go to www.iciworld.net, click on Membership Application, and fill it in and send the form. Do not proceed any further to the credit card information. Contact Gary Nusca, CCIM personally by EMail at garynusca@iciworld.net and/or call 416-214-4875 and we will upgrade your security level to provide full access to the service for a three month term. You can then go to www.iciworld.net, click on Member Links, click on Add/Delete/Modify and add your Haves and Wants. Many say the form itself will help put you in a frame of mind for the session itself. You can click on My Listings at any time in the Member Links area and all your listings will come up to be modified or deleted by you. We will also provide a special link for the particular Marketing Session or Forum that will pull up all listings to be presented at that session within 4.9 seconds average access time on the Internet. Attendees after the session may also add their listings as well. Those who do not have a computer may request Have and Want Sheets and we will fax blank Have and Want Sheets that can be photo copied, fill them in and fax them to us and we will place them for you. If you have access you must do this yourself at www.iciworld.net, click on Member Links click on Add/Modify/Delete and fill in the form. Have and Wants sheets will be sent to the organizers that should be photocopied, handed out to everyone in the room, and filled in. Someone should staple a business card to all Haves and Wants. If a person has five haves and two wants, staple a business card and all the persons Haves and Wants together. Courier these haves and wants to The Market ICI World Commercial Real Estate Network, 2 Bloor St. W., Suite 100-A, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M4W 3E2 416-214-4875 and we will enter them all within the week! Absolutely free! In addition everyone sending in Haves and Wants will have a free one time three month membership. At the end of that time the member will have a choice of renewing at $240 for eight months or not renewing with absolutely no obligation to join. Marketing sessions are designed to help people connect to do deals and on line Internet marketing services such as ours help to do just that.
