• conducted over the phone using your hands free telephone in your conference or meeting room.  Everyone should be able to hear us clearly;

• everyone who has a laptop can bring it so they can be live on the Internet;

• you can have a projector and screen to be live on the Internet. One person can simply follow our instructions of what to do on the Internet;

• it is helpful if your computer can have speakers so when we have you play a windows media file everyone in the room can hear it;

• your sales staff can be on the conference call from their home office by simply calling a special conference call number we supply and they can be live on the Internet on their own computer while we are with all your staff in your office;

• no matter where in the world you are located;

• we send out the invitations to all your staff;

• we register RSVP for each person who wants to attend.

• we simply need a date, time and place.

• we suggest Tuesdays or Thursdays from 10am - 12 noon.
