I just wanted to forward this reply to one of my ads on iciworld. It is a Nigerian fraud type letter and unfortunately they are now taking advantage of iciworld to spread their scams.

The above email is just one of many examples of Nigerian scams on the Internet.  In the Weekly Conference Call Training sessions we cover this subject. 

Everyone should be aware of this type of scam, fraud.  Everyone in the world should see the ICIWorld News Page. There will be people you can report this to including RCMP, FBI and others. In fact you may even want to send this page to everyone you know so they also can be aware of what is going on. You will see Fraud alerts also from banks and others.

One of the advantages of dealing with a knowledgeable real estate professionals is your ability to protect the public against falling victim to these types of scams.  

One of the reasons people hire real estate professionals is for them to qualify the enquiries.  Real estate professionals have to separate the tire kickers, time wasters, fraud artists from the real buyers and sellers in the marketplace.

If anyone else on our service receives any of these types of email, if you don't mind, I would like to be aware of it in order to inform our members.

One of the things we have done is to hide a members email address.  However one can click on EMail in a listing and fill it out.  This is what one of our members is reporting.
