We recommend that members update their information every 30-60 days. 

We have found that the majority of deals take place at the top half of the database.  This is for two reasons:

  1. the top of the database is receiving 1,000,000 hits per month.  See Statistics.  After a month or two, the information goes down in the database and people simply get so busy working the top half of the database they do not even get down to the bottom.
  2. information is distributed by email to the industry.  Over 10,000 EMails deliver information daily to the industry to the public.  This is a free service and you can subscribe here now as well. Subscribe details. Find out about properties within an hour, within 24 hours and get a jump on the marketplace.

    Also as a note to members, if a member does not modify their listings, their information sits in an older part of the database and it does not get circulated through the industry.  One developer has told us he has bought three properties, three deals, all from the emails that he receives once per day!  If a member does not modify a listing, it does not get sent out to the industry, and one can easily be missing doing deals and not even know it.

There is a responsibility for members to modify their listings and look after their information.  It is only two key strokes once every month or two and you will achieve a major circulation to the industry, and exposure from 8,000 pages on the Internet that link to the database.

Find out about properties coming for sale, for lease.  Developers should receive tenants coming on the market looking for space. People who have property for sale should check for buyers.
