6. are aware of how to generate and do referrals, to look up message numbers, etc.;
7. within 90 days have notified us of any dissatisfaction or lack of performance and give us an opportunity to work with them to get things working.  If we are not aware that you are not satisfied, then how can we help you? We do take leadership in providing training, notices to members, etc. about services, but we also operate on the theory that "the squeaky wheel gets the oil." While in this guarantee period, you should notify us a minimum of every 30 days and give us an opportunity to work with you.  Our goal should be the same as yours.  Please consider us as a personal marketing and information assistant to you personally.  We are dedicated to helping you make money in your service to the public.
