Our primary focus with our direct lender(s) is on its core products, namely; Bridge Loan Highlights For Existing Income Producing Properties; $1 Million to $10 Million, Nationwide QUALIFIED PROPERTY TYPE: Residential / Commercial Condominium Projects, Multifamily, Office, Retail, Light Industrial MAXIMUM LTV: 50% of the market value or 75% of the Quick Sale Value, whichever is lower. JUNIOR LIEN: Allowed up to 45% of the senior lien on a case by case basis INTEREST RATE: 10% to 14%, fixed. Interest only.
