As of now, the new comprehensive Free ICI World EMail Listing Services should be delivering the haves and wants within an hour of them being added on the service.

In our vision and long term approach to providing the very best in information services for the world, we are going through a short term pain for a long term gain. There is more design work needed and it is being worked on. But making the switch to the new comprehensive list services was important to launching what I feel is one of the major enhancements of our times in commercial real estate information.

Most brokers and people in business today are suffering from information overload. We are all overwhelmed with information. Now, however, ICI World endeavours to have you customize just the information that you wish delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner . . . by E Mail.

You will see this developed as time goes on. You can select just the category and area that you are interested in! Whenever someone places something in that category and area on the service, you receive an EMail with all the information in it.

Even with our former services, responses in many cases were 12 responses with 24 hours for an apartment building, 15 minutes on a Power of Sale Restaurant, or 4 calls within an hour on a $11,000,000 shopping center or 1 call on a Hotel in Dominican Republic within 24 hours.

One has mentioned that these EMail Mailing Services are too complicated. It does take thought. But proper consideration now will deliver the exact information that you need to make money. It will eliminate a lot of the clutter and information overload that you suffer from and because of that we will continue to offer you choices at the risk of being too complicated. Call me and I will personally help you. As time progresses our help notes will develop and provide direction.

Interesting statistics recently. We often said many more people read the information than visit this site. Now that the EMail Mailing List Service was interrupted while in transition to the most advanced in the world the statistics shot up from 3,000-4,000 in one day to over 6,000 hits in one day.

I would also like to ask for your help. There is much configuring with the implementation of any new service at that is no exception with the addition of the most comprehensive set of EMailing Commercial Real Estate Information Services on the planet. This is the ability to subscribe by email to just the category and area of have want information that you are interested in.

Everything is still search able in databases as well. Until March of 1999, may we ask you to send us an email of anything you see regarding these mailing lists that looks odd. This includes wording, messages that that you do not understand, frequency, timing, receiving duplicates, anything at all, etc. Send us a copy of what you are getting. If you placed a have or want, and you have subscribed to the mailing list service and do not receive a copy, please also let us know.

If you are receiving duplicates it could be that you have subscribed to more than one EMail Mailing List Service. If for instance you want listings in Ontario, only subscribe to one mailing list,
Ontario All. It will include every category. If you want the listings for U.S.A. subscribe to only one list U.S.A. All. You will get duplicates if you signup for any more.
