It never ceases to amaze me that many real estate brokers who have the absolute best methods in the world to network in the most inexpensive way possible, are hesitant in many cases to subscribe to this and other services despite the many sales that are reported being proof positive there are real people who do deals in commercial real estate. It is not enough to display the hundreds of deals that member brokers are reporting at the rate of 1-2 per day and we are confident that every member will be successful. It is just a matter of when . . . not if. It is not enough to explain the the exposure throughout the marketplace and the world to tens of thousands of unique viewers, over a quarter of a million hits per month from over 70 countries of the world. We should understand many have been so busy just making a living they have not taken the time to learn how to implement the Internet in their marketing plans. Within two days a local developer of office space called and a showing was lined up. Yes it works that fast in many cases. It is the most advanced system in terms of not only collecting the information, but delivering information throughout the marketplace . . . fast. There is nothing like it in the world. Now lets take new areas where we do not have a representative. Many brokers have paid $25,000 to buy a real estate franchise for international exposure. Today you can get international exposure that is only $319 for the first year on ICIWorld. This is incredible! I suggest that the more important question is, "is there readership?" FREE SITES COST MONEY!!! There are a lot of services in the world today. The free ones in our opinion cost brokers a lot of money, more than they have ever thought about. Why? Because time is money. The time spent wasted with no return . . . costs money. We publish our statistics to show the traffic. You can be on a beautiful looking site but . . . very little traffic . . . no deals. Brokers overcome skepticism and uncover areas of dissatisfaction with buyers and sellers. This helps to guide these people into solutions that work. They do not get lost along the way of a transaction. The real estate brokerage industry is a world wide industry that has many options for advertising. Many brokers are actually helping to build services that undermine the very integrity of our business. Most real estate boards protect the integrity of our business and the information in it.
