The following positions will help facilitate the growth and operations of ICIWorld and provide opportunities for people to work from their own home/virtual office in every area of the world.

ICIWorld is supported by licensed real estate brokers and salespersons through out the world and is free to the public.

The real estate industry throughout the world must be contacted to inform them of this service in their community.

One way is through direct contact.

We require people to actively call real estate professionals in the industry and inform them about four things:

  1. Inform them of the web site, ie: $1 Trillion of Buyers, $6 Billion of Haves and over 5,000 Haves and Wants placed by the public.  And that it is free for them to go to the site and make connections to do business.

  2. Let them know they can subscribe to receive Haves and Wants in their area by EMail and subscribe them where appropriate.

  3. Let them know they can place their Haves and Wants free in the FREE FSBO Area, Database 2.

  4. Make an appointment for a demonstration in their office over the phone.

  5. Obtain their EMail address and fax number for sending information.

Besides making individual appointments for demonstrations, one can also make an appointment for their whole office, for their company, organization, chapter, real estate board, ICI group.

Requirements of the Applicant

  • Must have computer and Internet access.

  • Must have telephone separate from computer access.

  • must have an answering service (necessary for leaving messages)

  • A sincere desire to serve people.

  • Reliable and dependable for at least one hour per day.

  • Must get along with others.

  • Interested in people who can have fun keeping busy like this for a long term.

  • Must have excellent phone presence.

  • Business experience most helpful.

  • You do not have to be in real estate

From your home office we can teach you to be successful and there is no investment required. 

Work Time:

  • This is a person who can work as much or as little time as he/she wants to, but we would like to see at the very least one hour per day.

Experience

  • We are very comfortable with people who have had extensive experience in any kind of business and it does not have to be real estate.
