Many email addresses have been deleted with a problem that occurred.

You will have to review your Free EMail List Services and re subscribe to the ones that you were deleted from.

Simply go to www.iciworld.net

If you are a member, please make sure you are logged in first. ie click on Member Links, Log in. You may even want to check your listings and update them, ie click on My Listings, then click on Modify, make any changes or leave it exactly the way it is and click on change listing. It will go to the top of the database and receive a new circulation.

Look for the second box that says

Simply highlight the ones in the first box and subscribe.

Receive copies of listings within several minutes of them being placed!

Our vision is to deliver information the moment it is available.  EMail accomplishes this quite nicely.  We started this service a few years ago but it will become more sophisticated as more and more people prefer special requirements. It is a free service to the public to subscribe and receive information.  Licensed real estate broker and salesperson members of ICI World support the service to deliver their have and want information to the public free. You can subscribe and unsubscribe to these free email list services anytime.

If you are a member of the public and would like your information emailed to the broker and salesperson members of the service, place a Free Ad now.  It will automatically be delivered and if a member broker thinks he can help, he/she will respond to you directly.

Let's say you are looking for an apartment building.  You subscribe to receive listings for apartment buildings in your area.  You do not receive any email until someone places an apartment building on ICI World and then you would receive a copy of it within the hour, by email.  You would of course have to check your email.

The listing is also in the database at ICI World for you to read as well.

With the overwhelming supply of information today everyone is overloaded with information.  Now you can subscribe to just the information that you want!  It is this concept that is being further developed over the coming months.

We will be adding individual states and provinces soon.  Then within the larger states we will be adding business categories and soon we will be providing even more choices to target the type of property and area that you may be interested in.  

An example will be that one could select shopping centers in Calfornia, or you may just want to receive commercial and industrial sites in Florida.  This is coming your way soon!

The advantage of subscribing to a list service of a specific category in a specific area is that you will not get inundated with a lot of information that you do not need.

When you click on Free EMailing List Services you will be presented with a number of choices.

Be careful on subscribing.  There is an All Category.  If you subscribe to Business Opportunities All, you will get them for the whole world.  You probably should consider just subscribing to your area and then just business opportunities in your area.  

If you ever get too many emails that you do not want, it is because you can do a better job of selecting.  And if it is not available, I will personally make it available to you.  Please let us know.  We can always make a business category to suit you.  This is a free developing service and we appreciate the opportunity to be of service. 

You can always unsubscribe to any list service at any time.

Executive Members can subscribe to receive FSBO listings in the USA and FSBO listings in Canada by EMail.   They receive private listings within an hour of them being placed on the service by the public.   That is why many principals receive calls within the hour of placing a private have or want.

Since this service is so large there are inherent problems to keep it up.  One of the biggest problems is returned mail as a result of invalid email addresses.  People change email addresses without unsubscribing.  In order to fix this problem, every 30 days, an automatic address check is sent out.  If mail is returned non-delivered for any reason, then the your email address could be dropped. Sometimes your email address is okay yet mail is returned because at that very time, a server is down.

If you were receiving mail, and now it has stopped, you should go to www.iciworld.net, click on Free EMailing List Services and see if you are still subscribed or not.  Members should first click on Member Links and log in first!  Then go to Free EMailing List Services.

There will be two selection boxes if you are a member and you are logged in.  The second box should contain the lists that you are subscribed to.  Otherwise subscribe again.  You will receive an email asking you to reply.  Just reply to the email and you will start receiving email. 

This subscription process is not fail safe and you might find yourself having to resubscribe a few times during the year.  If the mail check for any reason receives returned mail or non-delivery, that email address will be dropped.  It could be other reasons why mail is returned having nothing to do with you changing your email address.   Unfortunately the email address will still be dropped.  You will have to subscribe again.

If you notice an interruption of service check it out.  It is up to you to stay connected. It is up to you to unsubscribe.

You can of course unsubscribe to any of these lists anytime.  Simply click on Free EMailing List Services and place the email address that you want to unsubscribe to.

Additionally if you find that the lists are not targeted enough for you, please do let us know.  We have the ability to design list services at will.  So if you can not find a list service more targeted than what is available, please let me know and we may very well design one that suit you better.  We do aim to please.
