"Preconstruction Services – Improving the Delivery"

The work done prior to commencement of construction currently takes 50% more time than the time allocated for work on site. Users of industrial and commercial space are demanding that this timeframe be reduced. Stakeholders need to find answers. The wide use of the internet and information technology has dramatically raised expectations. Real estate brokers need to understand the process and where they can add value. Mr. Mason will discuss recent initiatives at Internorth, with specific project examples. Key points will include:

As President of the Central Canada Chapter of CCIM's may I personally add my invitation to you to attend not only this Breakfast Meeting in Toronto, Ontario, Canada,  June 7 but our other chapter meetings throughout the year.

Commercial real estate practioners from all over the province attend these functions!

The Central Canada CCIM Chapter meets seven times per year.  No where can you meet people face to face seven times per year and accomplish so much.  It is networking, education, international affiliations, meeting people, technology, excellent speakers and more. Bring your Haves and Wants and place them on tables specifically for marketing.   Make contacts with people right at the meeting. Introduce yourself, hand out business cards.  Commercial real estate is one of relationships and you have a chance to develop them at these meetings.

This next meeting with David Mason, Vice President of Internorth, will be most informative. You will gain insights into how a design build can be packaged.  You will learn how to do deals with a major Canadian Corporation. I encourage the whole industry to attend these functions.

I think that these seven meetings per year are an excellent opportunity for myself, the public and members of this service to get together.

Sincerely
Gary Nusca, CCIM
President The Central Canada CCIM Chapter
